Kundalini Tantra and Nervous System Healing
Where science meets soul
Where science meets soul
My journey has always been about transformation — inside and out. I started as a qualified fashion stylist, then became Miss Mauritius, and spent over a decade as an image consultant, guiding individuals and corporates on posture, presence, and body language. Along the way, I learned that true presence comes from the nervous system, not just appearances. I also worked as a makeup artist, including bridal makeup, where I saw first-hand how transformation — subtle or dramatic — can completely change how someone inhabits their body and confidence.
Then life did what life does: a divorce, a single mom, and navigating the everyday challenges that life throws at you. I realized that stress is part of life, but it doesn’t have to rule the body or the mind, and I wanted tools to stay grounded, resilient, and fully embodied.
Yoga found me at that moment.
I have completed 2 Yoga Teacher Trainings in India, facilitated retreats & workshops and hold certifications in Anatomy for yoga, Ayurveda, Himalayan Meditation and Sound Healing.
My path has taken me through Vinyasa and Ashtanga yoga the kind that makes you sweat, laugh at yourself, and push your limits, (sometimes end up with some serious injuries) , because sometimes we need intensity to release what’s held in the body. Over time, I evolved into subtler, more conscious practices, where gentleness, presence, and awareness take the lead.
I view the body as a map; by working with Marma points and pressure points, I help identify where tension is linked to specific muscles, ensuring every movement, touch is safe, purposeful, and healing.
Beyond the technical, my work is deeply colored by my years of personal study and practice in Kundalini Tantra. This isn't just a theory I teach, it is a path of energetic awakening that I have walked myself, learning how to navigate and integrate these shifts in my own daily life.
This is where breathwork becomes central, understanding the breath, exploring different types of breathing, and using it as a pathway to guide the nervous system, support emotional release, and move energy through the body. From there, we work with tantric principles: the psoas, often called the “soul of the body,” holds tension in the lower back, hips, and core. When we address it, we support both emotional and physical release, because so many of us carry stress there.
From this foundation, touch, strokes, and rhythm are applied intentionally — activating or calming the nervous system, stimulating the parasympathetic response, and reconnecting people to their bodies in a safe and conscious way. Combined with marma points, sound healing, essential oils, and somatic practices, the work becomes both scientific and intuitive, grounded in the body yet mindful of subtle energy flow.
Through Mystic Embodiment, I now guide one-on-one sessions, retreats, and immersive experiences, helping people transform how they inhabit their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and feel fully alive. Because life is about presence, embodiment, and ease — and sometimes, all it takes is breath, gentle touch, a bit of shaking and a little laughter to feel like yourself again...Welcome to Mystic Embodiment, where science meets soul
